NO MONTHLY OR ANNUAL FEES
There is no cost to become a member of the loyalty program, simply fill out your registration form at the front desk and start accumulating points. Within 30 (thirty) days we will send your program card to your address.

WHO CAN BECOME A MEMBER?
The program is geared exclusively to individuals. Companies, legal entities and packages with promotional rates for groups are excluded from the program and do not generate points, as well as billed stays.

YOU enjoy THE ADVANTAGES OF THE PROGRAM WHEN AND WHERE YOU WANT
There is no restriction on the use of points on commemorative dates or public holidays.  Points can be used at any time and at any of the participating hotels: Royal Palm Plaza Resort Campinas, The Palms, Royal Palm Residence and Royal Palm Tower, just advise if want to use your accumulated points (partially or fully) at time of booking and present your CPF at check-in.

HOW IT WORKS
Members who stay at any of the participating loyalty program hotels will have 4% (four percent) of the value of the daily rate converted into points. The daily rate will be considered without taxes, with proper eating plan chosen by the customer. Day-use, early check in, late check-out and billing of extra person (s) will be considered in the calculation of the 4% (four percent). All other expenses in hotels, are not considered in the calculation, and do not generate points in the program. The points start to be accrued from your 1st stay.

VALIDITY AND POINTS
The points are personal and not transferable and are valid for one year after the period in which they were acquired. After that, they will expire automatically. Each point is equivalent to R$1.00 (one real) and are not subject to inflation.

PARTICIPATION IN OTHER LOYALTY PROGRAMS OF THE ROYAL
Participation in the Royal Palm Hotels & Resorts Loyalty Program  automatically deletes the associated involvement in other loyalty programs of Royal Palm Hotels & Resorts Group, such as the Bons Momentos program.

EXPIRY OF LOYALTY PROGRAM
The program is valid indefinitely, but may be suspended, canceled or modified with prior notice of thirty (30) days, assuring members the right to consume the points accumulated in thirty (30) days after its conclusion. After this period, the points will be canceled, losing their validity.
